Situated in the heart of Llandudno the 'Balmoral' is convenient to the shops and to the beaches. The apartments are spacious and light. All have fitted carpets, fridge, cooker, TV, crockery, cutlery, blankets and bed linen. They are self-contained with individual shower facilities. Towels not provided. These are economic apartments, conveniently situated for exploring nearby tourist attractions.

Conditions: All apartments are let on a 7 day basis (Saturday to Saturday). Arrival time is after 2 pm and the departure time is prior to 10 am on Saturdays. Hot water is included in the price. Electricity is paid for by one pound slot meters in each apartment. No pets. All flats must be left in a tidy condition.

The Management does not accept any public liability or responsibilities, including personal injury or loss or damage or loss of personal belongings.

Short Stay:- We may let apartments for up-to 4 nights at 60percent of weekly rate quoted above.

Deposit: There is a non-refundable deposit of £100 payable per apartment per week payable at the time of booking.

Payment: Cheque made payable to:- Balmoral Apartments and sent to the Balmoral Apartments, 6 Trinity square, Llandudno, LL30 2RA

Balance rental: The balance rental is payable three weeks prior to arrival. If the balance payment is not received on time the management reserves the right to forfeit the deposit and re-let the apartment.

Cover for breakage/damage: At the time of arrival a £50 cash Refundable deposit has to be paid to cover for breakage / damage to the apartment and will be refunded after inspection at the time of departure. Damage to the apartment or breakage will incur a charge. Please vacate the apartment in a tidy condition and on time (before 10 am).
